The model is a OneClassSVM trained on five trip features (detour ratio, max off-route deviation, dwell time, speed variance, peak speed). It learns the envelope of a clean depot→retailer trip and alerts on anything outside it. GPS data is synthesized for the POC at the same scale we'd ingest in production.
